A $500 one-time online program for organizing the common professional, health-document, and credentialing expectations that often precede credentialing workflows.

Your $500 Essentials fee is course credit.

It is credited toward the full in-person training course and the pre-training online course, as reflected in your enrollment details. It does not cover third-party credentialing-provider or facility fees.

Dress-code guidance, credential expectations, and an overview of relevant credentialing services
Practical credential-management guidance for documents, timelines, and common workflow preparation
Immunization and health-document expectations, background-check considerations, and relevant facility criteria
Bloodborne-pathogen training or testing only where it is specifically included and properly administered
A completion certificate after the stated program requirements are met

Important program boundaries

These programs provide education and guided completion support; they do not guarantee acceptance, approval, access, a passing outcome, credentialing, hospital, vendor, facility, employer, or third-party-service approval. Credentialing providers and facilities make their own decisions, requirements, and timelines.

For value context only, a commonly used credentialing service may cost $500 or more, and some facilities may separately require a mandatory badge fee of around $150. Those examples are illustrative and vary by provider, facility, and region; they are not universal or a guaranteed savings.

Credentialing-provider fees, badges, background checks, screenings, immunizations, and facility charges are separate unless your enrollment details explicitly state otherwise.

Any 1-hour in-person OR experience and/or simulation training is subject to availability, facility requirements, and eligibility. The program provides a completion certificate only; it does not claim CE or CME credit unless independently accredited.

Practice privacy-conscious, HIPAA-aware educational habits for professional settings, including what not to share and when to seek direction.

Hospital protocol orientation

Learn how to approach hospital and employer policies with humility, recognizing that facility requirements and onboarding always control.

Case-day logistics

Build an organized approach to preparation, arrival, materials, stakeholder mapping, follow-through, and post-case reflection.

Professional communication

Practice clear, appropriate communication with clinicians, staff, commercial leaders, and prospective employers.

Career readiness

Connect program learning to a concise career narrative, interview preparation, and an evolving professional development plan.

Assessment & completion

Completion is earned through documented program work.

The certificate-of-completion concept is intentionally conditional. It is not issued for interest, attendance alone, or an intake inquiry.

Submit the case-day logistics and professional communication checkpoints.
Meet the program’s stated assessment standard for each required checkpoint.
Complete the final OR-readiness reflection and acknowledge the program boundaries.
