The site provides professional education, career-development, commercial exploration, and member resources. It does not provide medical, patient, legal, regulatory, tax, employment, credentialing, or investment advice. No content authorizes clinical duties or replaces independent professional judgment.

No PHI or patient care
Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, patient-specific facts, urgent-care requests, diagnosis or treatment questions, or emergency communications. If there is an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional—not this site.

Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and professionally. Do not impersonate others; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape private content; infringe rights; post harassment, threats, deceptive claims, unsupported clinical or regulatory statements, or confidential third-party information. Access may be limited or removed where permitted and appropriate.

Eligibility and account access
Account, application, and member-access flows require an adult (18+) eligibility acknowledgement and professional-use commitment. This is an attestation, not government-ID verification. Some spaces also require separate Community standards and server-authorized account access.

Risk, outcomes, and responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own professional, employment, contractual, clinical, and legal decisions. Resources, introductions, coaching, discussion, and educational materials do not promise employment, placement, commercial results, credentialing, hospital access, acceptance, availability, or any specific outcome.

Any final agreement may address reasonable limitation-of-liability and indemnity concepts to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this provisional notice purports to waive all rights, eliminate all liability, or guarantee legal compliance.
